Delicious Smoothie Bowl with Sea Moss Gel Co AU

Sea moss is packed with essential minerals such as iodine, iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. It also contains vitamins A, C, E, K, and B-complex vitamins, as well as dietary fiber.
Sea Moss Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana1 cup frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon Sea Moss Gel Co Au (your favourite - we used Dragon fruit)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Toppings (optional): sliced fruits, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, seeds, etc.
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the ripe banana, frozen berries, almond milk, sea moss gel, and chia seeds.
2. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a little more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
3. Once the mixture is well blended, pour it into a bowl.
4. Now it's time to get creative with the toppings! Add your favorite sliced fruits, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, seeds, or any other toppings you enjoy.
5. Serve the smoothie bowl immediately and enjoy!
Note: You can adjust the quantities of the ingredients according to your taste preferences.
You can also experiment with different flavors by adding ingredients like spinach, kale, peanut butter, or cocoa powder to the base mixture.
