We tried the raw organic sea moss. Doesn’t taste the best (for myself) can feel the difference within the bodystraight away. I have mild psoriasis, and I seen a big improvement within 2 days after I started my raw sea moss. big ups to this company. I wasn't expecting to feel results immediately, but I have. The energy that this has given me has been amazing. I have finished my gel and am still taking the capsules. I didn't love the taste but I managed to disguise it in some chocolate protein. Definitely worth taking, it's amazing.
