How do I use my Sea Moss gel?

Sea Moss is naturally rich in minerals, protein, and iodine. Adding 1 - 2 tablespoons of Sea Moss gel to your daily smoothies, drinks, or other foods, over time, will help reduce mucus and inflammation throughout your body.

Why not make it a mask! If you decide to use Sea Moss gel, please be sure to set aside a small portion of it to apply as a face mask a couple times a week.
