The taste was awful. Could not eat it on its own. Didn’t last long in the fridge. Even when mixed in with fruit and juice in a smoothie there was a distinct after taste. Wanted to like it due to health benefits. Perhaps I need to try another flavour. Needless to say was disappointed unfortunately. As I really wanted to support a small business. Hope the feedback is received well.

I take this to help make my days go smoother & they do 🥹🥹 this works so well it brings phlegm up easily . When taken I feel as if my sleep improves when I take seamoss. I’m on a subscription & trying the bladderwrack seamoss one next !
Can’t wait for the goodness of that one .

Some days I’ll take it straight from the spoon other days I’ll blend into a smoothie .

Either way its good to make sure your body’s getting the nutrients it needs even if it’s not all of it , get what you can in your system .
