Thank you, My first year ever trying this sea moss, as soon as I received I tried and refrigerated, it takes time as a newbie to get use to natural products as a beginner, it's not that bad just no sugar, which will take me time to get use too, the package and product was 10/10 fresh and ready to try 😀

Taste wise all sea moss is gross. this one tastes kind of bland. the flavour don't present much but it comes from the sea so its not gonna taste fresh and tropical. The taste is more of a soap vibe with a seaweed aftertaste but the texture is freakishly smooth and hard to swallow which is just the unfortunate case with sea moss. Overall, the benefits are great. If u cant stomach it mix it in but as a mask i can see its immediate effects and even when ingested my first visible difference was my skin and my sleep. after a little while you also feel healthier. great price and product. all sea moss will taste gross to some extent. this one is wonderful
